Graeme Rowley started the Foundation in 2010 with his wife Lorraine Warner and his two daughters, Jo Rezos and Lisa Rowley. The fundamental aim of the Rowley Foundation is to provide people with an opportunity to improve their lives, with an emphasis on youth, supporting Western Australian NPF organisations that focus on health, arts, sport and education.
